ORDERS

Once you have placed an order on our site, you will receive a confirmation email. If for some reason you need to cancel the order, please contact us immediately.

When you have received a tracking number your order will be unable to be cancelled as it has been picked and shipped. 

Our system is not capable of making manual changes to finalized purchases. All orders will be processed and shipped as originally placed.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Please double check the shipping address listed in your order confirmation email is correct.

SHIPPING

Please allow 1-3 business days (excluding Weekends and Holidays) for your order to be shipped. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Tracking information for your order will be emailed to you the day your order is shipped out.

Packages do not require signature and may be left at door/porch by carrier.

Orders are shipped to the provided shipping address listed under customer’s account and we are not responsible for packages delivered to mistyped or invalid address by customer.

Ambts Apparel is not liable for unfortunate events such as mis-delivered, lost, damaged and/or stolen packages once orders have left our warehouse. If this is a concern, we strongly recommend contacting us for additional shipping options (additional charges will apply).

DOMESTIC ORDERS

Estimated delivery time is 2-12 business days once the order has been shipped.

All orders are shipped via USPS, FedEx and/or UPS. We reserve the right to choose which carrier to use.

Every order includes tracking and will be visible on the USPS/FedEx and/or UPS website once the order has been shipped.

Expected delivery dates may vary during holiday season, depending on volume of mail experienced through shipping carriers.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Ambts Apparel is not liable for package delays, customer purchases at their own risk. Please note, some countries have long shipping delays due to lengthy inspection procedures preformed by customs agent, this varies by country.

Duties and taxes are determined by the customs agency within the designated country. Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the Tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the designated country.

Payment of any duties and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery. More information can be obtained by contacting your local customs office.

International shipping expected delivery dates varies depending on the location.

RETURNS

Eligible items may be returned for ONLINE STORE CREDIT ONLY.

We gladly accept returns within 30 days from the day the order was delivered. To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must still have their original tags attached and be in new, unworn and unwashed condition. Unfortunately, after 30 days we are unable to offer any returns.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges. We will gladly issue an e-gift card to the email address on file that can be used immediately and never expires.

Shipping charges are non-refundable (no exceptions).

Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. You should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we are not held responsible if we do not receive your return merchandise. Please allow 1-2 weeks from the time you mail your return to be processed.

Sale items are considered FINAL SALE.  Under no circumstances can any sale item(s) be returned for any reason.

You must contact us for a RA number before shipping the item(s) back. Packages received without a RA number written on the outside will be returned to the sender.
